YouTube Instructions
Follow the below instructions to upload your video to YouTube.
-
Sign In: First, sign in to your YouTube account. If you don’t have one, you’ll need to create a Google account and then set up your YouTube channel.
-
Go to YouTube Studio: Once you're signed in, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the screen and select "YouTube Studio" from the dropdown menu. This will take you to the main dashboard where you can manage your videos and channel settings.
-
Upload a Video: In YouTube Studio, you’ll see an icon that looks like a video camera with a plus sign on it, usually labeled "Create" or "Upload Video." Click on this icon, and it will open a new window where you can start the upload process.
-
Select Files: Click on the “Select files” button to browse your computer for the video file you want to upload. Alternatively, you can drag and drop the file into the upload window. YouTube supports most common video formats, so your file should upload without any issues.
-
Adjust Settings: You can set the visibility of your video to Public, Unlisted, or Private. Public means anyone can see it, Unlisted means only people with the link can view it, and Private means only you and people you invite can see it. We recommend "Unlisted."
-
Save: Once you’ve filled out all the necessary information and your video has finished uploading, click the “Save” button. Your video will then be processed by YouTube, and it will go live based on the visibility setting you selected.
